The act of going in or entering delineates the idea of ingression. By putting it in a social context, the result generates gathering spaces, communal attractions  and activated territories. The purpose of this project was to create a transitional communal space that will attract different groups of ages; From kids to adults.  This will bring the Brickell community together without age restriction.To achieve that purpose, pavilions, water features, park/plaza, and retails are  being placed at the ground level.
