With more than 14+ years of experience in the architecture and planning industry, Kevin Tenor has built a strong reputation for leadership in project management, design coordination, construction administration, and client relations across a diverse range of project types. He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Florida International University and has collaborated with several respected architecture firms throughout his career, contributing to residential, commercial, retail mixed-use, educational, public safety, and hospitality developments.

Kevin’s experience spans all phases of design and construction, where he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated consultants and contractors, managed project schedules, and delivered high-quality design solutions that balance technical excellence with client expectations. His ability to oversee complex project requirements while maintaining strong communication and organizational leadership has consistently contributed to successful project outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.

Among the notable projects he contributed to was a development that received the 2016 Project of the Year Award from AIA West Palm Beach and was later featured in an AIA publication, reflecting his commitment to thoughtful design, collaboration, and execution excellence.

In addition to his professional expertise, Kevin is fluent in English, French, and Creole, allowing him to effectively communicate with diverse clients, consultants, and project teams. Outside of architecture, he brings a creative and disciplined mindset through his long-standing passion for music, having performed piano and saxophone at both professional and community events over the years.
